Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: West London

At Missoma, we believe jewellery is more than just an accessory, it's a form of self-expression. Founded in 2007 by Marisa Hordern, we've grown into a globally recognised brand known for our demi-fine and solid gold pieces, all designed in-house at our London studio and crafted with care.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our digital storefront. If you're eager to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-centric e-commerce environment, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Collaborative Every voice matters. We foster inclusivity, creativity, and fun, working together to innovate and grow.
  • Entrepreneurial We think big and act boldly. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas, take initiative, and make a real impact.
Your Role as E-Commerce Executive

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for user experience, performance optimisation, and front-end testing. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your Shopify expertise and analytical mindset and ensure that you manage multiple priorities to keep processes running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Monitor site performance and user behaviour daily using analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, etc.), identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV).
  • Contribute to CRO strategies and the experimentation roadmap, supporting and executing content-led A/B and multivariate tests to validate UX hypotheses and drive performance improvements.
  • Execute front-end testing of development tickets to ensure successful implementation, optimal site functionality, and a seamless user experience.
  • Maintain product, pricing, and promotional accuracy across the site, ensuring all updates are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Own the end-to-end briefing and execution of site content updates, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Analyse content performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the visual merchandising strategy using Klevu, leveraging data insights and testing results to optimise product listing pages (PLPs) and maximise engagement and conversion.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital operations role.
  • Shopify experience essential.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Looker, or similar.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, AB Tasty, VWO).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
What You'll Get
  • Generous staff discount across our products and experiences
  • Hybrid working model with flexible hours at our West London HQ
  • Healthcare cash plan to support everyday wellbeing
  • Enhanced parental leave after two years of service
  • Annual paid volunteer day to give back to causes you care about
  • Monthly team socials and events
  • Access to cycle and tech schemes with easy monthly payments
