Sandicliffe is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Loughborough dealership. This is a full Time, permanent role ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in e commerce, automotive parts, or digital sales.

The Role: E-Commerce Customer Service Advisor

Working within our Parts Department, you will support customers through our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from enquiry through to order completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms, email, telephone and online messaging
  • Processing online parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Providing product information, availability, pricing and delivery updates
  • Liaising with the Parts team to ensure correct part identification and timely dispatch
  • Resolving customer queries, issues or returns in a professional and customer focused manner
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records
  • Supporting stock availability checks and order tracking
  • Ensuring all processes are completed in line with company, compliance and data protection standards

This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the continued growth of Sandicliffe's online parts business.
