Opportunity - the 'what'

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Maintain accurate records of all available eBooks across formats.
  • Own the end-to-end eBook statement process, including receiving, processing, analyzing, and reporting vendor data monthly.
  • Generate and circulate eBook sales reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely distribution of accurate metadata and digital product access codes to eBook channels.
  • Act as the key user for third-party vendor systems (e.g., Vitalsource, Kortext, BibliU).
  • Maintain contracts and agreements with eBook channel partners and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new eBook channel partners.
  • Support regional Key Account teams with queries related to digital products and services.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of eBook operations, enhance customer experience, and support OUP's global digital strategy.

About You
  • Ability to cope with complexity and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Good financial literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of eBook file formats and standards.
  • Experience in continuous business process improvement.
