Job Overview

Overall, this role ensures that materials requested by Engineering & Maintenance and Property Services are processed efficiently, from quote request through to invoice receipt, delivering best value to the Customer base via the Scottish Water Supplier Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Process requested materials, including quote management and invoice receipting.
• Track and report on best value procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and FAB systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Share knowledge of local and geographic practices to support team objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong commitment to learning and skill development.
• Experience with Salesforce and FAB systems.
• Ability to manage a reactive workload while meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Customer focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Desirable: prior procurement experience, understanding of procurement frameworks, and a proactive mindset for change.

Benefits & Working Conditions

• Grade 4 starting salary of £31,640, progressing to a maximum of £36,460 based on performance.
• Working hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
