Dynatrace Engineer - 60%

Dynatrace Engineer vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across complex, multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and synthetic monitors to ensure end-to-end observability.
• Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and root cause investigations to improve application reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, Application teams) to implement best practices for observability and monitoring architecture.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience with Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, container platforms (Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure).
• Expertise in analysing application performance (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and interpreting observability telemetry such as traces, logs, and metrics.
• Language skills: English (fluent)

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex root cause analyses in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
