Dynamics Deployment Specialist

Our international client is looking for a D365 Deployment Specialist to join their team for a freelance B2B contract. They need someone who can start ASAP, and the initial contract is due to last 12 months with a good chance of extension beyond that. This position is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site in Stockholm and 2 days remote.

Core Tasks

• Prepare, organize, and support functional workshops
• Configure D365 environments according to project and business needs
• Lead or co-lead workshops with business and project stakeholders
• Maintain and update project-related information in DevOps
• Document workshop outcomes and meeting minutes
• Perform functional testing and support issue resolution
• Assist key users with project-related tasks and system usage

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a solid understanding of business process-driven system functionality
• Proven ability to manage change and support local teams through process and system transformation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and clearly explain technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose optimised system solutions
