MS Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (Sales/CE/CRM + SCM)

Start Date: February 2026
Contract: 9 months + likely extensions
Location: Remote
Languages: Romanian & English
Project: Large-scale Romanian rollout phase of a Dynamics 365 programme

We are supporting a major client entering a crucial stage of their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme and are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with strong cross-functional expertise in Sales/CE/CRM and Supply Chain Management.

This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and successful rollout into the Romanian market, collaborating with business teams, local stakeholders, and global programme streams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end rollout activities for the Romanian market within the D365 F&O environment

  • Act as a functional SME across F&O, with the ability to bridge into Sales/CE/CRM and SCM

  • Work with global and local teams to gather requirements, validate processes, and translate them into system solutions

  • Support localisation needs, gap analysis, configuration, functional testing and UAT

  • Ensure integration points between F&O, CRM/CE and SCM modules are aligned and stable

  • Participate in ongoing enhancements, improvements and post-go-live support

  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders during the transition phase


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Sales/CE/CRM processes (quotations, leads, opportunities, order management)

  • Experience in Supply Chain functional streams (inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics)

  • Understanding of integration between F&O and CE/CRM

  • Previous experience supporting rollout or deployment phases

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in Romanian and English

  • Ability to work fully remote
