Dynamics 365 Product Owner - Customer Capability Roadmap

The Crown Estate is seeking a Product Owner in London to define and own the customer capability roadmap, including CRM and related services. You will decide what to build, when and why, guiding prioritisation across BAU, enhancements and transformation to maximise value from our platforms.

You will partner with cross functional teams, lead discovery to articulate problems, and translate outcomes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
