Dynamic Work Planner & Scheduler for Property Maintenance

Platform Housing Group, via Platform Property Care, is seeking an experienced Work Planner/Scheduler in housing maintenance. You will plan a multi-skill trades workforce, schedule property maintenance, and communicate with field teams and customers to ensure repairs are completed right first time.

Based in the West Midlands, this full-time role is 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30) with travel to group offices as needed. A collaborative team environment and strong IT skills are essential.
