Dynamic Shift Manager - Lead Recycling Operations

FCC Environment Group is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager for our facility in Windermere, Tees Valley. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while leading and motivating your team.

Your responsibilities include overseeing staffing levels, maintaining throughput without compromising quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Previous management or supervisory experience is required, along with IOSH Managing Safely certification.
