Dynamic Secondary School Teacher (ECT) - Inspire & Grow

Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for secondary schools in Birmingham starting September 2026. Roles include daily cover, long-term and permanent contracts across a wide range of subjects.

The service offers bespoke support, CPD access, and pathways to induction terms with experienced consultants. Qualified teachers with QTS are sought, with opportunities to progress through induction terms and permanent contracts as needed.
