Dynamic Peripatetic Youth Housing & Support Worker

Changing Lives seeks a Peripatetic Project Worker to provide flexible, responsive support across seven young people's accommodation services. You will ensure continuity of service during leave or vacancies, deliver person-centred support, and help clients maintain accommodation and improve wellbeing.

You will travel to other services in the North East when needed, working to safeguarding and quality assurance standards to support young people at risk of homelessness.
