Dynamic Locum Corporate Lawyer - Public Sector

Basildon Borough Council is seeking a Locum Corporate Lawyer to cover a temporary 3-month period in Basildon. The role is full time with a £60 per hour rate (umbrella). Closing date is 10 September 2026.

The post holder will advise on corporate and litigation matters, draft reports, attend committee meetings, and provide timely, high quality legal advice to council clients. Experience in civil and commercial law is desirable.
