Dynamic HLTA for KS1-KS2 Cover & Learning Support

New Directions Education Ltd is seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to cover on a supply basis in supportive and inclusive schools based in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. The successful candidate will cover across KS1 and KS2 and support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and ages.

The role requires HLTA or Level 4 qualification, experience with children, strong communication skills, safeguarding commitment, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
