Job Description

Professionals At Play's Roxy Ball Room in Leicester is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations and guest experience. You will manage a large team up to 50 staff, develop quarterly business plans, oversee P&L targets, and ensure safety, licensing and brand standards while driving a fun, high-energy culture.

Availability includes weekends and holidays, with reporting to the Area Operations Manager.
