About the Role: Based in Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX you will be working 35 hours a week 1 from 5:40am - 1:10pm and week 2 from 12:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include: Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors. Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning. Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled. Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear. Cleaning / maintaining the outside areas using machines. Daily tasks such as replenishing consumables eg. Tea/coffee/ paper in printers Weekly compliance testing (fire alarms, water flushing, lift alarms) Drivers Licence essential for out of hours call outs. Who are we looking for?
