Dynamic Events & Hospitality Coordinator

Chartwells Independent in Oxford City Centre is seeking a Hospitality & Events Coordinator to join our team in Oxford. This is a fast-paced role delivering exceptional client service, coordinating bookings from enquiry through to event delivery.

You'll be the first point of contact for hospitality enquiries, manage enquiries and bookings, prepare quotations and support pitches and event designs. Previous hospitality or events admin experience is preferred.
