Dynamic Deputy Shop Manager (6-Month Fixed Term)

Oxfam Shops is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to lead a busy retail space, ensuring strong merchandising, customer service and community engagement. The role involves working with a Shop Manager and volunteers, fostering an inclusive team, and maintaining day-to-day shop activities.

The position is fixed-term for 6 months and may include occasional Sunday working. You will be part of Oxfam's community-focused retail network, contributing to our mission to overcome poverty.
