Dynamic Customer Experience Advisor (Temporary)

ESP Group are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for their Journeycall Arbroath contact centre. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service across channels, supporting customers with IT-related queries and using CRM software.

Training will be provided, with a vibrant team environment and flexible hours within a 9am-6pm window; the position is temporary until the end of 2026, with potential extension.
