Dynamic Auto Service Advisor: Customer Experience

Sheffield Ford is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell parts to enhance customer care.

Report to the Aftersales Manager, work in a team, and develop your skills through in-house brand training. Excellent communication and familiarity with dealer systems like Kerridge/ADP are a plus.
