DV Cleared Access Control Engineer

Milton Keynes | UK Overseas Travel. 50% will be international travel and the rest will be based on site in Milton Keynes
Rate- £375 (inside IR35)
Duration- 6 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Access Control Engineer to join a specialist team delivering security systems into some of the UK's most secure sites. You will be responsible for the installation, testing and support of enterprise access control solutions whilst ensuring work is delivered to the highest technical and security standards.

Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of access control systems

Configuration of controllers, readers and associated hardware

Testing and fault finding

Reviewing designs and technical documentation

Assisting with material take-offs and equipment preparation

Working within government security standards

Experience Required

Access Control installation experience

Knowledge of Hirsch, Identiv, Lenel, Gallagher, Paxton or similar

Structured cabling experience

Strong troubleshooting skills

Current DV Clearance

System knowledge - Hanwha, Ipro, Hirsch/Identiv, ASL/Zenitel, Bosch (Presidio).

Defence or Government project experience
