About the role Key Responsibilities:Lead and Oversee: Champion daily operational excellence across all departments, with a particular emphasis on optimising our acclaimed food and beverage services to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Enhance Guest Satisfaction: Drive and uphold the highest standards of customer service, proactively anticipating guest needs and expertly resolving any concerns to ensure every stay is exceptional.
Inspire and Develop Teams: Foster a positive and high-performing work environment by leading, mentoring, and supporting our dedicated team members, including assisting with training, scheduling, and providing constructive performance feedback.
Optimise Resources: Strategically monitor and manage stock control within the Food & Beverage department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations, safeguarding the well-being of both guests and colleagues.
A family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.
Required Criteria- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong experience and focus on Food & Beverage operations.
