Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Delight Guests & Grow

Premier Inn in Worcester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay. You'll couple hands-on leadership with on-the-floor support for teams during busy periods and help resolve guest questions and issues, maintaining safety and smooth operations throughout your shift.

You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team, coaching colleagues, delivering pre-shift briefs, and driving service excellence.
