Duty Manager: Lead Frontline Team & Guest Experience

Premier Inn in Llandudno is hiring a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have an excellent stay.

You will lead teams, provide pre-shift briefings, coach colleagues and resolve guest queries with calm, proactive problem solving, helping guests and team members alike while striving for smooth hotel operation.
