Duty Manager: Lead Front-of-House & Elevate Guest Stays

Premier Inn in Staines upon Thames is looking for a Hotel Duty Manager to help run the hotel across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach team members, assist guests with queries and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

This role focuses on frontline leadership, decision making and staying calm under pressure to deliver a great guest experience and support the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
