Duty Manager: Lead a High-Energy Toy Store Team

Smyths Toys is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy department and assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations at Newry. You will drive sales, oversee floor presence, and manage stock deliveries to keep the store running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail leadership experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to coach a diverse team through peak seasons while maintaining high standards on stock, health & safety and customer service.
