Duty Manager: Hotel Operations & F&B Lead

Whites of Wexford is seeking a Duty Manager for our 4 hotel in Wexford Town. You will work closely with the management team on the day-to-day running of the property and manage all aspects of the hotel while on duty.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of the food and beverage sector, and excellent communication skills. You will cover shifts across a 7-day roster and drive sales initiatives with the in-house team.
