Overview

Location: Howgate, Whitehaven, Cumbria, United Kingdom. CA28 6PL. 24 hours per week. Pay rate up to £13.86 per hour. Immediate start.

Role

Duty Manager - Premier Inn, Whitehaven. Lead our team to ensure every aspect of the hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and exceptional.

What you'll do

• Lead a reliable, high performing team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hotel and a standout guest experience.
• Apply leadership experience from retail or similar roles to manage staff, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Promote and uphold health and safety standards, and work to maintain operational excellence across the property.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications & requirements

• Experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail or environments where guiding people is key.
• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire others and manage a team to deliver consistent hotel standards.
