Duty Manager

Noel group are recruiting a Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a large hotel group. This role will be based in their Letterkenny property, a highly rated venue with excellent facilities including top notch bar and restaurant.

They are looking for an ambitious duty manager who has previous management / supervisor experience in food and beverage environment.

The role will involve:

• Manage staff, ensuring that they deliver service to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly.
• Work with staff to ensure that all duties are carried out in line with standard operating standards.
• Contribute towards the development of menu's.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a hotel environment.
• Right to work in Ireland and living in a close commute to Letterkenny.
• A track record in delivering an excellent customer experience.
• A stable work history.
