About the Role:

Noel Group is currently recruiting a Duty Manager on behalf of a large and well-established hotel group for their Letterkenny property. This highly regarded venue offers excellent guest facilities, including a busy bar and restaurant operation.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious hospitality professional with previous supervisory or management experience within a food and beverage environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support hotel staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Assist in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Ensure all departments operate in line with company procedures and standard operating practices
• Support and motivate teams across food and beverage operations
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Contribute to the ongoing development of food and beverage offerings, including menu input
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency throughout the property

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong food and beverage background preferred
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Stable work history within hospitality
• Must have the right to work in Ireland
• Must be living within a reasonable commuting distance of Letterkenny
