Duty Manager

The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, refined dining, tranquil gardens and a discreet spa. We're looking for a hands on Duty Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as senior manager on duty, leading operations during your shift
• Being a visible host presence and looking after VIP guests
• Supporting events and weddings
• Leading daily briefings with Heads of Department
• Working closely with Reception and Housekeeping to manage arrivals
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
• Ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and smooth hotel operations

About you:

• Currently a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to step up
• Experience in luxury, premium or quality led hospitality
• Confident leader, calm under pressure, guest focused
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
