Duty Manager

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level. You must have a genuine love for live music and bar service, and take a proactive hands on approach to driving the business forward. All our senior team are involved in management, whether you're closing the shop at the end of the night, running full shifts by yourself, or training up bartenders. You'll be well educated on health & safety, bar stock management, WSET and will receive your personal licence. We'll push you to become not only great bartenders but great leaders.
Responsibilities- Drive the business forward with a proactive, hands on approach.
- Close the shop at the end of the night and run full shifts independently.
- Train and support bartenders to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain health & safety standards and manage bar stock.
- Complete WSET training and obtain a personal licence.
- Fun loving personality to keep teams motivated and guests coming back.
