Duty Manager

We offer a competitive salary of up to £14.01 per hour, depending on experience, and up to 6 days per week of work.

Typical shifts are 7:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00, with occasional mid shift 9:00-17:00. Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Other benefits include a continuous all year employment arrangement (no winter closures), a supportive mental wellbeing and financial assistance package, an extra paid day off for your birthday, and a referral bonus of £100 for bringing a friend on board.

We also offer a 'Family Holiday Scheme' starting at £105 per holiday for 4 nights, breakfast, dinner, room, travel and entertainment.

• Experience of managing the development and delivery of staff training and induction processes.
• A good understanding and experience of utilising EPOS systems in bars.
• Experience of managing difficult customers in an appropriate manner.
• Experience of cash handling and management.
• A good working knowledge of Health and Safety policies.
• Experience of managing staff rotas and wages.
• The ability to demonstrate a positive, helpful and welcoming attitude to members and customers.
• The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with fellow staff and members/customers and to be a positive role model as a team leader.
• The ability to manage and motivate staff.
