Carden Park Hotel has an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning 5? Spa team as a Spa Duty Manager.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-focused professional with a passion for delivering world-class guest service. If you thrive in a luxury hospitality environment and have experience within the spa industry, we would love to hear from you.

Your Day

As Spa Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, hosting, and engaging with guests to deliver outstanding service during their stay
  • Proactively managing and resolving guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring all spa areas are immaculate, well-presented, and fully operational at all times
  • Supervising, motivating, and organising the team effectively during your shift
  • Driving sales opportunities and promoting spa services and retail offerings
  • Leading by example to maintain high standards of teamwork and performance
About You:
  • Previous experience in a spa supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards
  • Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of spa operations and the wider spa industry

Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Salary £26,100- £28,800 per year plus extensive benefits
