Duty Manager - Retail Leader (Flexible Hours)

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager for the Aldridge SPAR store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team across all shifts, and strive to deliver outstanding customer service and store performance.

You'll work across early and late shifts, help drive sales, ensure compliance, and engage with the local community as a key part of our store leadership team.
