Duty Manager - Lead Shifts & Guest Experience

Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need. You'll be out on the floor, not just supervising from a desk.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with evenings and weekends, and a clear path to future roles such as Hotel Manager.
