Duty Manager - Lead Busy Shifts & Guest Experience

SSP at Fratton Station, Cafe Local is hiring a Duty Manager in a full-time role (30 hours). The base pay is £13.61 per hour, plus a £1.50 per hour night allowance for eligible shifts, bringing pay to £14.15 per hour between Midnight and 6:00am.

Hours of operation are 4:45am to 8:30pm, with flexible weekday, weekend, bank, and public holiday shifts. Join our team to lead a busy hospitality operation, working with iconic brands and delivering excellent customer service.
