Duty Manager - Lead a Fast-Paced Store (Flexible Hours)

Duty Manager role at Sherburn SPAR store is looking for a dynamic leader to drive daily operations, customer service and team performance.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee store shifts, coach colleagues, manage stock and till procedures, and promote a safe, legal, and high performing environment across all hours.

Flexible hours include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 16+ hour weeks, with a competitive £13.75 per hour rate and benefits such as enhanced leave and pension support.
