Duty Manager - Front of House & F&B Operations Leader

The Johnstown Estate is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the estate. Reporting to Operations Manager, you will oversee hotel operations across Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting and Front of House, ensuring service excellence and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have strong management skills, a drive for guest satisfaction, and a proven track record in fast-paced 4/5-star properties. Flexibility with hours is essential.
