Duty Manager - Flexible Shifts, Lead a High-Energy Store Team

A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is recruiting a Duty Manager for our SPAR store in York area. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team across shifts, ensure a safe, legal and high performing store, and drive customer satisfaction during duty hours.

You will be responsible for delivering store operations, coaching colleagues, handling till tasks, and maintaining standards to help achieve sales and profitability. A flexible, energetic approach is essential.
