Key Responsibilities:

• Attend police stations across the West Midlands region
• Represent clients at police stations and in court
• Provide high-quality legal aid services
• Handle a mix of duty work and private criminal cases
• Participate in the duty solicitor rota
• Travel for callouts as required
• Maintain excellent client care and case management standards

About You:

• 5+ years PQE preferred - flexible for strong candidates with less
• Accredited Duty Solicitor with police station and court representation experience
• Strong advocacy skills and confidence in handling varied criminal matters
• Willing to travel across the West Midlands for client and police station attendance
• Committed, reliable and passionate about criminal defence
