Duct Installer

Rockwell are currently looking for experienced Duct Installers in Co. Limerick. These are permanent, full-time positions working on largescale pharmaceutical and industrial projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for installing and maintaining duct systems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Work with sheet steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Plan installation sequence to avoid obstructions and coordinate with other trades.
• Fabricate and install unistrut brackets and threaded rod hangers.
• Work with a variety of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in duct installation, HVAC, or a related field
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools, and safety equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair duct systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and effectively prioritise workload
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling and IPAF certifications are required.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments including heights, confined spaces, and varying temperatures
