Dublin Construction Project Administrator - BCAR & Docs Lead

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Construction Project Administrator for a Dublin City onsite role. You will manage drawing registers, technical submittals, and inspection reports between the site team, head office, and design consultants.

You will ensure BCAR compliance by compiling and uploading certification and documentation into the Building Control Management System (BCMS) and prepare detailed Safety Files for handover to clients and the PSDP at project completion.
