Dual-Venue Café Ops Lead - Senior

Walkers Nurseries Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a commercially minded Senior Café Operations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house teams across two venues, delivering high standards of service and hospitality.

You will mentor three Café Supervisors, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager and Head Chef, and ensure food safety, efficiency, and seamless service across busy self-service and premium table-service environments.
