Dual-Site Plant Director - Manufacturing Leader

embecta seeks a Plant Director to lead two UK manufacturing sites (Chipping Norton and Witney) from Oxfordshire, responsible for end-to-end site operations, plant-level P&L and performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

You will drive organizational change, strengthen governance, and prepare the business for future growth while ensuring GMP/ISO compliance and a strong safety culture.
