About the Company

Our client is an award-winning independent community pharmacy group with two busy locations in D24 Known for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and strong community focus, they are now seeking an experienced Pharmacy Store Manager to support the Pharmacy Owner in the successful running of both stores.

The Role

This is a hands on leadership role where you will support the day to day operations across both pharmacies. You will oversee sales performance, buying, stock control, team leadership, and customer experience, while working closely with pharmacists to ensure the business continues to deliver a high standard of service to the local community.

Competitive salary up to €45,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Owner with the daily running of both pharmacies
• Drive sales performance, commerciality, and retail growth
• Manage buying, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards at all times
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Oversee store operations including rotas, stock, and merchandising
• Handle day to day team management and support staff development
• Maintain strong operational standards and compliance with pharmacy guidelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years management experience in pharmacy retail, health retail, or a similar environment
• Strong buying, stock management, and commercial awareness
• A confident, hands on people manager who leads by example
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for customer service and community focused retail
• Comfortable using IT systems including tills, Microsoft Office, and email
