Dual-Site Parts Manager (Maternity Cover)

Vines Group, BMW retailers, seeks an experienced Parts Manager for maternity cover across Gatwick and Redhill. You will lead two Parts Departments, drive P&L performance and stock control, and ensure the high-standard customer experience our customers expect.

This dual-site role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to travel between sites. Hours are 45 per week (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 with a one-hour lunch).
