Dual-Registered Manager: Lead Two EBD Children's Homes

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for two solo EBD children's homes in Southport. You will provide strong leadership across both homes to deliver child-centred care and maintain high safeguarding standards.

You'll lead, support and develop staff, ensure Ofsted compliance, monitor care plans and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with families and social care colleagues.
