Job Description
Job Title: Dual Registered Manager
Location: TS7
Salary: £68,000 + KPI Bonus (up to £10,000)
Working Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children's Homes
Service Users: Young People with Learning Disabilities (LD)
The Homes:Home 1:
- Sole occupancy home supporting a settled young person
- Ofsted rated Good
- Open for 2 years
- Fully staffed with an experienced and qualified team, including a Home Manager in post
- Established, stable Learning Disabilities service
Home 2:
- Brand new 2-bed Learning Disabilities home
- Core team already identified, including: Deputy Manager, 2 Senior Residential Support Workers, and Residential Support Workers
- All paperwork completed by the Responsible Individual and Operations Director
- Awaiting SC2 submission
Both homes are located within TS7, offering close proximity and operational oversight across both services
Who we are looking for- An experienced Registered Manager, ready to step into a dual role
- Strong experience within Learning Disabilities services
- Confident overseeing both an established home and supporting the development of a new service
- A leader who can maintain stability in one home while embedding strong foundations in another
- Someone organised, resilient, and confident managing multi-site responsibilities
- A well-established organisation with a strong track record in Learning Disabilities care
- Led by an experienced and hands on Responsible Individual
- Supported by an experienced Operations Director
- Clear structure, strong governance, and a focus on quality and compliance
- Opportunity to step into a Dual Registered Manager position with full senior support
- Mix of stability (established home) and development (new home)
- Strong internal support from RI and Operations Director
- Well-resourced services with staffing already in place
- KPI bonus of up to £10,000
