Dual Homes Children's Home Manager - Lead & Inspire Teams

Lancashire County Council is seeking a dynamic Dual Registered Children's Home Manager to lead two residential homes in Lytham. You will supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor two teams of Residential Childcare Workers.

The role requires QCF5/NVQ5 Leadership & Management or equivalent, at least three years' experience managing a children's home, and a valid driving licence. You will drive service development, manage resources, and promote the welfare of children.
